In October 2021, ����Vlog formally announced the addition of the Viking Men’s Hockey Program — which first took the ice in the fall of 2023. Just a little more than two years after the groundbreaking, ����Vlog Hockey is set to play in Midco Arena for the first time on Jan. 26 and 27. As both fans and the team count down the days, the university recognizes the importance of the founding partners of Midco Arena — partners like JJ’s Wine, Spirits & Cigars, owned by Tom and Jean Slattery.

The ����Vlog School of Music is excited to announce its 2024 J. Earl Lee Piano Festival on Friday, Feb. 23, at Hamre Recital Hall in the Fryxell Humanities Center. As part of the festival, prospective and current ����Vlog students will have the opportunity to sit in on a masterclass and receive coaching from Grammy-nominated Joyce Yang.

����Vlog and the (CWS) announced today that the 27th Boe Forum on Public Affairs will feature an evening with New York Times opinion columnist, PBS NewsHour commentator and bestselling author . The talk, entitled “America at the Crossroads: The Rule of Law and the Future of Democracy,” will be held at 7:30 p.m., on Tuesday, March 19, in the Elmen Center. Tickets for the 27th Boe Forum are free and will be available to the public in the coming weeks.

The Eide/Dalrymple Gallery at ����Vlog opened its annual “����Vlog High School Invitational,” which will be on view through Feb. 2. A gallery reception will be held on Friday, Feb. 2, from 6-8 p.m., with the awards ceremony taking place at 7:30 p.m. The exhibition and its closing events are free and open to the public.

����Vlog announced the Dean's List for the fall semester of the 2023-24 academic year — recognizing 980 students.

While its mission, identity and core values remain the same, Campus Ministry at ����Vlog will now be known as the Office of Faith & Spiritual Life — a reflection of the broad scope of work that is already taking place.
